Is a Juvenile Justice/Criminal Justice Consultant, currently serving with Mr. Omowale Allen as the Program Manager and Coordinator for WIN WIN at the Houston Health Department. As a Houston Police Officer for over 3 decades she has worked tirelessly protecting and serving in the Houston Community.

The History of WIN WIN

The WIN WIN Program is a groundbreaking initiative that aims to eliminate hostile and dangerous encounters between law enforcement and Houston’s youth. Founded in collaboration with the Houston Health Department, the African American Police Officer’s League, and the Houston Police Department, the program equips young people with essential knowledge and skills to engage with law enforcement safely and effectively.

Recognizing the importance of collaboration, a partnership was formed with the Houston Health Department (HHD WIN WIN), Houston Police Department (HPD Seven Steps), National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE Law and the Community), and the African American Police Officers League (AAPOL). By combining their resources, they aim to maximize productivity, increase peer leader capacity and better serve priority populations.
